The Tender details specified below have been provided for general information purposes only, and should not be construed as representing all Terms & Conditions, Specifications, and Requirements of Tender #TCS23-003. The City of Moncton requires the services of a professional, qualified, and experienced contractor to supply and install LED field lighting systems at both the CN Sportsplex (Field #9) and Evergreen School baseball fields. All work encompassed in this document shall commence upon award of the Tender and shall have AN ANTICIPATED COMPLETION DATE OF JUNE 1, 2023. Any landscape contractor(s) must be a member in good standing of the canadian nursery landscape association (cnla), or have current active membership in landscape new brunswick, and must have on staff a landscape industry certified technician (clt), or a certified journeyperson in the landscape horticulture trade in nb. This is a requirement for any softscaping services. A BID BOND made payable to The City of Moncton, in the amount of TEN PERCENT (10%) OF THE TOTAL TENDERED PRICE (TAXES INCLUDED), shall accompany each bid as a guarantee that a Contract will be entered if a bid is accepted.
