The duration of the work will be approximately 12 weeks. Only general contractors or specialized contractors for this type of work having an establishment in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by this agreement and holding the license required under the Building Act (RSQ, cB-1.1). TENDER GUARANTEE: In the form of a surety bond by an authorized company, equivalent to 10% of the bid amount or in the form of a certified cheque, money order, bank draft payable to the Office d'habitation de la Haute-Yamaska-Rouville, irrevocable letter of guarantee for the benefit or bonds payable to bearer. These must be issued or guaranteed by the government of Quebec or Canada and the term must not exceed five years. The value of these bonds must be equivalent to 5% of the amount of the tender and be valid for a period of 45 days from the deadline set for the submission of tenders. The guarantee must be annexed to the tender. Tendering contractors are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, with regard to their competence, their solvency and the content of their tender. They must inform them of the conditions of the submission and ensure that they hold the required permits and licenses.
