The project consists of a single work scope for the demolition of the existing Mora High School. All technical inquiries must be emailed to: evan. johnson@ics-builds.com. Pre-bid Inquires are due by 5:00 p.m. local time on January 16, 2023. BIDDING REQUIREMENTS: Each Bidder must submit their Bid in duplicate on the Bid Form provided in the Project Manual (Specification Section 00 41 13). Absolutely no oral, electronic (i.e. email), telegraphic, telephonic proposals or modifications to the Bid Form will be accepted. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in form of certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in amount of 5% of base bid submitted, made payable to INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT #332, as guarantee that Bidder will, if awarded, enter into contract in accordance with contract documents and submitted bid. Bids may not be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the scheduled time of opening Bids, without the consent of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to accept a bid or to reject any or all bids, parts of such bids, and waive informalities or irregularities in Bidding. The anticipated date in which the School Board will award contracts is tentatively scheduled for February 23, 2023. Site work to begin in the summer of 2023, demolition of the building will begin following the abatement of the school, which will take place beginning in August of 2023. Pre-construction and Submittals work related to the project is to commence immediately after receipt of the signed contract. SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION DATE: Owner requires the work to be completed with a substantial completion date of November 30, 2023.
