Site work for a water / sewer project in Plymouth, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

As of April 17, 2023 all bids for this project have been rejected and the project is not expected to be rebid in 2023 due to seeking additional funding. The project consists of the installation of approximately 780 linear feet of 18 diameter sanitary sewer and appurtenances. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check drawn to the order of Plymouth Township or a Bid Bond in favor of Plymouth Township in the amount of 10% of the bid price. Said check or bond shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The work in connection with this project constitutes a Public Works by a Public Body under Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Bidders are advised that prevailing minimum wage rates, promulgated by the Pennsylvania Secretary of Labor, must be paid to workmen employed on this project. No bid may be withdrawn except as permitted by the Pennsylvania Bid Withdrawal Act, 73 P.S. sect. 1601 et seq., unless otherwise provided in the Instructions to Bidders. In no event may a bid be withdrawn until at least sixty (60) days have elapsed following the date of the bid opening. Plymouth Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bidding informalities. Clarification Deadline: 2/3/2023 4:00 PM
