Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Construction of three major projects: 1. University Ave Phase 1 construction - University Ave from Nassau to Belvedere Ave. and intersection upgrades, new signalized intersection at University Ave and the Indigo parking lot, intersection upgrades at University & Belvedere, paved pathways along University Ave (estimated cost $5.5M). 2. Malpeque Road Upgrades - between Capital Drive and the Trans-Canada Highway concrete curb & gutter upgrades, multipurpose pathway along the west site of the roadway and resurfacing; and 3. Spencer Drive Extension - new roadway connecting Spencer Drive to Mount Edward Road (estimated cost $3M). TIMELINE: Projects are in various stages of design. Construction of the Spencer Drive Extension is planned for summer 2026. Further project details and timelines may be confirmed in spring.
