Renovation of a municipal facility in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work of this Project is for the work associated with concrete work to reinforce a section of the basement stone foundation at the Charlottetown City Hall as indicated and specified. This will include but not limited to: .1 Removal of existing 2x4 furring, miscellaneous timber framing, gypsum boars, and other items to facilitate the proposed work. .2 Concrete sawcuting and removal. .3 Installation foundation drainage, filter fabric, drainage gravel, connection to existing sump, etc. .4 Provision for waterproofing, stud walls, insulation, vapour barrier, gypsum board, seamfilling, painting, suspended ceiling reinstatement, etc. .5 Provision for concrete footings. .6 Provision for electrical wiring, baseboard heating and connection to existing. .7 Disposal of all excess material and cleaning of the spaces affected by this work. .8 All related miscellaneous items associated with this project.
