A general description of the work to be done is contained in the Invitation to Bid (ITB). The scope is indicated on the accompanying drawings and specified in the applicable parts of these Contract Documents. All questions or clarifications concerning the content and requirements of the Invitation to Bid (ITB) must be posted in the Q&A section of the solicitation located at the eProcurement Portal. All questions or clarifications must be submitted by 12:00 pm on Monday, August 12, 2024 Replace bridge #2028 with a precast stiffleg with wingwalls, widen to three lanes with curb, gutter, attached and detached sidewalk, multiuse path, bioretention swales, valley gutter, driveway approaches, roadway reconstruction, and a Bioretention Basin.
