For the following identified project: 2023 Tree Maintenance Contract: Removal, Stump Grinding, and Aerial Pruning. The work generally includes: tree removals, stump grinding, and aerial pruning. The successful contractor must provide required proof of insurance within ten days of the award of the contract. The Elmhurst Park District Board of Park Commissioners reserves the right to waive all technicalities, to accept or reject any or all bids, to accept only portions of a proposal and reject the remainder. It is the contractor's/bidder's responsibility to field verify locations and conditions and to report any discrepancy to the project manager in writing (Daniel Payne, Director of Parks, e-mail: dpayne@epd.org).
