As of March 22, 2023, project was awarded to Hastings Asphalt Services, Inc., awarded amount is $65,871.81. The Elmhurst Park District intends to contract for the 2023 Seal Coating & Striping Project in Elmhurst, IL. The scope of the project includes seal coating, striping, asphalt paving replacement for park paths, parking lots, and concrete curb and sidewalk replacement. Travel between locations is not required, but the District Landscape Architect will be available to visit Pioneer and Berens Park at attendee request. Inquiries during the bidding process are welcome through February 28, 2023. This is a Prevailing Wage schedule project and the contractor and all sub-contractors are required to pay the prevailing wage for DuPage/Cook Counties for the life of the project and are responsible for keeping up with any changes. Certified payroll is required on this project by both general and sub-contractors.
