Renovation of a mixed-use development in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
In general, the Project consists of replacement of existing clerestory translucent wall panels. Lump-sum Bids will be received on a SINGLE PRIME CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR THE ENTIRE WORK. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the maximum amount of the Bid must accompany each Bid as described in the Project Manual, Instructions to Bidders. HSR Associates will make AutoCAD files available to the Contractor following award of contract. A pre-bid meeting will be conducted by the Owner and Architect/Engineer to answer questions and to enable bidders to examine conditions at the Project Site. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all Bids. Bids may only be withdrawn in accordance with the Project Manual, Instructions to Bidders.
