Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Winchester, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project scope includes installation of 335 linear feet of 10' x 4' box culvert, 325 linear feet of 42" storm pipe, 60 linear feet of 18" storm pipe, 100 linear feet of 12" storm pipe, one storm manhole and eight storm inlets. The existing culvert will be abandoned and filled where required and exixting pavement, parking islands, sidewalk and retaining wall will be replaced. The Information for Bidders, Bid Bond Form, Bid Form, Agreement Forms, Performance, Payment, and Maintenance Bonds All inquiries and questions priorto the bid opening shall be directed to Stephanie Blain, Palmer Engineering Company, telephone number (859) 389-9293. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. Bidders are cautioned that personal communication with City of Winchester regarding the bid prior to bid opening will result in rejection of the bid. The Contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder who offers the lowest bid price subject to the approval of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informality in the bid.
