**As of March 3, 2023, project was awarded to JM Construction, awarded amount is $1,583,208.20.** A. The Earthwork Contractor shall be responsible for the work as described in this document and as indicated in the construction drawings. Payment for work will be made as indicated in the pay items listed below. Payment will be made based upon in-place quantities and will be verified by the Engineer or a Registered Land Surveyor. Unless otherwise approved by the Owner, construction activities at the site and material deliveries to the Facility shall be limited to hours approved by the Owner Project is to be completed within 120 calendar days from the effective date of the Notice to Proceed. No BIDDER may withdraw his Bid within sixty (60) calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
