Renovation of a museum in Russiaville, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
The Base Bid will include the interior improvements as identified in the project plans and specifications. The contract includes all labor and materials necessary for construction.The Project is being funded from Town funds and a Heritage Support Grant, Indiana Historical Society. The project will be constructed in up to one (1) contract division.Questions pertaining to this project may be directed to Kieser Consulting Group, LLC at (317) 863-8030 or davekieser@sbcglobal.net.Bids must be submitted on the forms provided in the Bid Documents and shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount bid with satisfactory corporate surety or by a certified check on a solvent bank. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the BidThe Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids in whole or in part as specified in the solicitation when it is not in the best interest of the governmental body as determined by the purchasing agency in accordance with IC 5-22-18-2. The Owner also reserves the right to waive irregularities in any Bid, and to accept any Bid, which is deemed most favorable to the Owner.
