On Call The Consultant shall evaluate releases of AASHTOWare Bridge Rating software on behalf of INDOT to determine feasibility, accuracy, advantages, and potential shortcomings of migration. The Consultant will be tasked with running current bridge models through new releases of the software and performing a comparative analysis of the results to complete the evaluation. It is anticipated that software releases will occur on an approximately 6 month cadence. Full evaluation reports shall be delivered within 60 calendar days of Notice Proceed for each assignment/software release. All On-Call contract services are on an as-needed basis and there is a possibility that no assignments will be made. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 15 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item. This contract will utilize the INDOT eInvoice application.
