Under the (BIL) IIJA Section 11111, Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP). INDOT is interested in hiring a consultant to facilitate coordination meetings with stakeholders, perform safety and demographic data analysis, combine various data sources using Geographic Information System (GIS) tools, draft documents for INDOT, and document the steps used to develop the assessment process. The anticipated completion of the VRU Assessment is November 30, 2023. Supporting documents, for further information, will be posted as they become available.
