This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba ("Manitoba"), as represented by the Department of Labour, Consumer Protection & Government Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery ("CPPD") on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba housing and Renewal Corporation ("Owner") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for interior refresh and upgrades as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the "Work"). CPPD requires the services of a Contractor for interior refresh and upgrades to various properties in Churchill, MB .The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, interior refresh to complete units, and bathroom upgrades at various units. Work site locations will be occupied during construction. CPPD is administering this RFP process.
