This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba ("Manitoba"), as represented by the Department of Consumer Protection & Government Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery ("CPPD") on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing and Renewal Corporation. ("Owner") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for replacement of twenty-five (25 ) existing propane-fired, forced air residential furnaces of various sizes and configurations with new electric furnaces and upgrade of electrical service, including new mast, meter sockets and feeder to new 100 amp sub-panel for furnace located within residential rental units of Manitoba Housing in the town of Churchill, MB. as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the "Work"). The work to be performed under the contract shall see the replacement of 25 (Twenty-Five) existing Propane- fired, forced air residential furnaces of various sizes and configurations with new electric furnaces and upgrade of electrical service, including new mast, meter sockets and feeder to new 100 amp sub- panel for furnace located within seven residential rental buildings of Manitoba Housing in the Town of Churchill. MB. The seven buildings consist of 1-2 unit, 2-3 unit, 3-4 unit and 1-5 unit Townhouse. The work is being done in Various Townhouse units. Work site location will be occupied during construction.
