Contractors will be chosen at the lowest hourly rate for the required equipment, and may be required to work together under the supervision and instruction of Manitoba Transportation & Infrastructure's project manager. Please submit an hourly price for the equipment identified in Table 1: Required Equipment and Estimated Hours. The unit price for bid hourly equipment will be payment in full for supervision, wages, meals and living quarters for the operators, fuel and lubricants, repairs, overhaul, equipment service vehicles, time recording devices, and for performing all operations necessary or incidental thereto.
