Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Rogers, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The major items of the project include, but are not limited to, mobilization & demobilization, clearing of established trees and vegetation, earthworks, storm drainage, approx. 1,600 SY sidewalk & 1,100 SY of concrete trail, 1,790 LF concrete curb & gutter, 5,910 LF concrete mountable median, fencing, extensive trail and pavement markings, including 11,000 SF of green color pavement, extensive street and trail/wayfinding signage, 16,350 SY polymer microsurfacing, erosion control and water meter and valve adjustments, conduit, foundations and street lighting and other related work. A pre-bid conference will not be scheduled. All questions must be submitted before 5:00 pm on Friday, January 20th, 2023. Any questions submitted after this date and time may not be answered prior to bidding. Bid will require Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of bid. Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of contract will be required of the successful bidder prior to award of the contract. No bids may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids for at least 60 days. The City of Rogers reserves the right to accept any bid, to reject any or all bids, or to waive any information in bids received where such acceptance, rejection, or waiver is considered to be in the best interest of the Owner. Proposals which fail to comply fully with any provision of the Project Manual and other Contract Documents may be considered invalid and may not receive consideration. The City of Rogers hereby notifies all bidders that this contract is subject to applicable labor laws, non-discrimination provisions, wage rate laws and other federal laws including the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938. The Work Hours Act of 1962 and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 also apply. The City of Rogers encourages all qualified small, minority-owned, and women-owned business enterprises to bid on and receive contracts for goods, services, and construction. Also, the City of Rogers encourages all general contractors to subcontract portions of their contract to qualified small, minority-owned, and women-owned business enterprises. Bids must remain in effect for 90 days after the bid opening date. Within 90 days from the bid date, the Owner may award the contract to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder or reject any or all bids for the project.
