The Marathon County Facilities and Capital Management Department is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide labor, material and equipment required to raze all of the buildings at 1212 West Street Wausau, WI 54401. Scope of Work Raze all buildings located at 1212 West Street, Wausau WI 54401. Raze and Remove all debris including the foundation walls and floor. Include removal of sewer and water laterals and their capping at the curb. Obtain all required permits for work related to this RFP. Reservations: Marathon County reserves the right to reject in whole or in part any and all proposals, to waive any informalities, and to accept the bids determined to be in the best interest of the County. This invitation may be canceled if determined to be in the best interest of the County. Ethics: The General Code of the County of Marathon contains various procurement policies which are applicable to this proposed procurement. These include prohibitions against gratuities and kickbacks. This request is governed by the Marathon County Procurement Code, a copy of which is available at the County Clerk's office in the Courthouse. Receive Questions from Prospective Vendors until: January 20, 2023 by 4:30 p.m.
