Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and swimming pool.
The City of Oak Ridge (City) anticipates the need to contract with a qualified firm for professional engineering and design services. The City is soliciting area firms to respond to its Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for possible consideration to redevelop the City's Outdoor Aquatic Complex. Experience with municipal clients located in east Tennessee, along with local staff and the demonstration of the ability to complete project design in a timely manner is extremely important. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
