Renovation of a transportation facility in Charlotte, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
For Joint Operations Center The Joint Operations Center design project at Charlotte Douglas International Airport will modify the existing building (South Cargo 6 - Building 228) to provide for the permanent joint operations facility location. The facility will be multi-functional to accommodate Operations (AOC, AEOC, direct support spaces, and administrative offices) and potential support for CMPD, TSA, and K-9 teams. The facility will be upgraded to the necessary structural upgrades, redundant power backups, fiber optic connections, and security requirements January 20, 2023 Deadline for Submission of Written Questions at 5pm EST CLT reserves the right to modify the deadline set forth in the above table in its sole discretion. Any such modifications will be stated in an addendum The City would like to see the DBE firms that Proposers intend to utilize on assigned Work under this Agreement. Firms are required to complete and attach Form #3 - DBE Utilization Commitment to their SOQ. Please note, Form #3 is the ONLY form that should be attached to the SOQ. CLT reserves the right to disqualify any Firm who contacts a City or CLT official, employee, representative, contractor, or agent concerning this RFQ other than The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
