The Roanoke Regional Airport Commission is seeking quotes for HVAC replacements at two buildings, Nordt Building, 1420 Coulter Drive, Roanoke, VA and Building 51, 1410 Coulter Drive, Roanoke, VA per the scope of work provided (see Part II Scope of Work). In addition to the installation of the new units, the RRAC is requesting a three (3) year preventative maintenance (PM) service agreement on the units after the expiration of the manufacturer's warranty period. Work to be warrantied by the contractor for one year from the date of final acceptance of work. The manufacturer's warranty period shall be consistent with best practices. This includes quarterly preventative maintenance inspections.
