Renovation of an educational facility in New Braunfels, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Bartlett Cocke General Contractors, Construction Manager-at-Risk, for the New Braunfels ISD Long Creek High School PHASE 01 - BID PACKAGE 01, is requesting Competitive Proposals from subcontractors and suppliers. Bid scopes that are part of Phase 01 - Package 01 include but are not limited to Early Equip Purchase: Chillers, Elect Panels, AHU, RTU, VFD, etc... This package will also include earthwork, utilities, erosion control, structural & misc. steel, glazing systems, roofing, temp fencing, and other scopes of work as called out in the documents. Please reference the proposal documents for additional information about the package scopes, insurance requirements, and all other information about bidding the project.
