Renovation of a mixed-use development in Ames, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and educational facility.

The project consists of, but is not limited to, renovation of interior finishes and equipment in seating area and foodservice venues in the Union Drive Community Center. Upgrades include polishing of existing concrete flooring, wall and ceiling finishes, replacement of existing doors, new cooking and foodservice equipment, plumbing improvements, electrical power improvements, and installation of new lighting. Project Information: Substantial Completion: August 4, 2023 Final Completion: October 3, 2023 Bid security shall be agreed upon as the measure of liquidated damages which the Owner will sustain by failure, neglect or refusal of bidder to deliver a signed contract stipulating performance of the Work in unqualified compliance with Contract Documents. Successful bidder will be required to furnish a Contract Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract sum within ten (10) days after receipt of Notice of Award.
