Renovation of a mixed-use development in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and 160,000-square-foot educational facility.
This Bid Package is for the remaining packages at the new 160,000 sq. ft. Kalamazoo RESA CTE Center being constructed on several parcels bounded by I-94, Sprinkle, & Vanrick Submission cut-off date is January 26, 2023, 3:00 PM. A fillable RFI form is located on the CSM Group plan room. Typed RFIs are to be submitted to andrea.hempsted@csmgroup.com. Bid bond or certified check of not less than 5% of the bid amount shall be submitted with bid and made payable to Kalamazoo Regional Educational Service Agency.
