The City of Torrington is seeking qualified Contractors to perform various minor road construction related works including bituminous concrete (asphalt), concrete and drainage works. Associated works includes but are not limitd to removals, milling, excavation, trenching, backfill, gravels, processed aggregates, compaction, fine grading and restoration of surroundings. All questions must be submitted by email to pennie_zucco@torringtonct.org by January 25, 2023 by 12:00 noon. All proposals will be considered valid for a period of ninety (90) days.
