Renovation of a multi-residential development in Norwich, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The Norwich Housing Authority ("Authority") will receive sealed bids from contractors for the Roofing Replacement Project at Rosewood Manor Apartments, 335 Hamilton Avenue, Norwich, CT, 06360. The scope includes removal of the existing roofing systems, installation of new architectural asphalt roofing and accessories, replacement of gutters and leaders, replacement of aluminum rakes, fascia's and soffits. Bids shall be accompanied by a five percent (5%) bid bond. This project is subject to State and Federal Law.
