For BCPS Mowing - Grounds Keeping The Bland County School Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids in whole or in part and waive any informality in the competitive negotiation process. Further, the School Board reserves the right to enter into any contract deemed to be in the best interest of the school division. The Bland County School Board will not be responsible for any expenses incurred by a firm in preparing and submitting a bid, or in engaging in oral presentation, discussions, or negotiations with the Board or its representatives. Bids must be in one single bound document. Agreement is for the successful Offeror to perform the daily Mowing-Grounds keeping functions at all Bland County School Locations for the period of April 1, 2023 thru October 31, 2023.
