These improvements are anticipated to occur over two construction seasons. The work in 2023 will include improvements from Crestone Avenue to Grant Street. Sanitary sewer upgrades and water service line replacements are expected to begin in March. A final phase of construction from Grant Street to Holman Avenue is anticipated to be completed in 2024. ____________________________ The project is to include all labor and materials necessary for reconstruction of Poncha Boulevard from 5th Street to Holman Avenue including water, sewer, and stormsewer improvements as identified on the plans. The construction of this project for Phase 1 shall be started no later than March 1st, 2023 and substantially complete no later than October 15th, 2023. Bid Bond of 5% of bid price and Performance and Payment bonds equal to 100 % of the bid are required, the project is tax exempt in which the contractor will be provided with the tax exempt number for material purchases.
