For R2 Bridge Joint Repair Bundle 2023 ODOT is seeking one qualified contractor to replace bridge joints as various locations in ODOT Region 2 ADDENDUM 1: Corrected bid opening date and time to: January 26, 2023 at 2:00 pm. Header 1. Bid Opening Date changed from 01/30/2023 12:00:00 AM" to "01/26/2023 02:00:00 PM. Bid Bond: 10% Performance Bond: 100% Payment Bond: 100% SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION: 9/30/2023 FINAL COMPLETION: 10/14/2023 Liquidated Damages. Failure to achieve Substantial Completion by the time specified above for Substantial Completion will result in damage to the State of Oregon. Since actual damage will be difficult to determine, it is agreed that the Contractor shall pay to the State of Oregon, not as a penalty but as liquidated damages, $800.00 per calendar day for each day elapsed in excess of the Substantial Completion date specified in Section 3 of this Agreement until Substantial Completion is achieved.
