Site work and renovation of a civil project in New Hartford, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sewer and Water Construction, Instrumentation, Water/Wastewater Infrastructure Work in general includes installation of approximately 676 feet of 12" outfall pipe, removal and land application of sludge from the existing wastewater treatment plant, replacement of 2 existing aerators, and installation of 2 new aerators and controls in the City of New Hartford, Iowa. Davis-Bacon Wage Rates and American Iron and Steel (AIS) provisions apply to this project. Contractor shall fully complete by July 28, 2023. Liquidated Damages in the amount of $600.00 per Calendar Day will be assessed for each Calendar Day that any work shall remain uncompleted beyond the specified completion date. The City of New Hartford reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
