Renovation of a residential development in Moncton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The successful Bidder shall provide the City of Moncton with Pricing for performing repairs along the bottom skirting and other structural members as per attached scope from JOMA Engineering at the Riverfront Outlook Building located at 298 Main Street, behind the running room along the river. This outline describes the general intent of the work required for the project. The work is primarily structural, including sealants and membranes. In addition to all other Terms and Conditions of this Quotation, all work shall be performed in accordance with Section II - General Specifications and Requirements.
