The Fayette County Commission (FCC), a certified local government, is seeking a qualified firm to provide professional aquatic design and construction management services for the Fayette County Park Pool Replacement Project. Submitted proposals will be evaluated by a selection committee to determine the most qualified firms. Interviews may be conducted with the highest ranked firms. Services The contractor must carry out the described work in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations governing construction of said Aquatic Facilities including all associated agency or agencies permitting such projects. Services shall include overall project design and construction management, office engineering, contract administration, daily construction and building inspections assisted by the Project Manager, and ensure special inspections and testing is conducted, and constructability reviews. All work must be approved by the Fayette County Commission staff prior to initiation of construction activity and prior to final payment.
