The City of South Jordan is seeking a qualified contractor to construct and install a 4-foot fence and two gates per the plans and specifications around the perimeter of the Mulligans Miniature Golf Course. The project also includes the furnishing and installation of all materials; all labor; supplies; tools, equipment, parts, rentals, fuels, utilities, subcontractors, suppliers, mobilization and all other cost including overhead and profit necessary to complete the project based on construction plans per APWA standards and City specifications. Notice to Proceed is anticipated to be February 6, 2022 with work substantially completed 45 days from the date of notice to proceed.
