The City of South Jordan is seeking a qualified contractor to perform pipelining on two sections of existing 15- inch RCP pipe for a total of 1400 linear feet. The first section is approximately 800 linear feet with two junction boxes mid-stream and located on Benarmine Circle from Yorkshire Dr. to Stonehaven Park SD Box. The second section is approximately 600 linear feet with on junction box mid-stream and is located on DoniBristle Road from Yorkshire Dr. to the end of the cul-de-sac. The City would like bids to include two options of pipelining - UV CURE CIPP SPEC lining and GEOPOLYMER SPRAY SPEC lining. Pipelining bids should include, but are not limited to mobilization, staging, site prep, demolition or reconstruction if needed, all Labor, Supplies, Tools, Equipment, Parts, Rentals, Fuels, Utilities, Subcontractors, Suppliers, Traffic Control and all other Costs including Overhead and Profit. Anticipated Notice to Proceed: March 15, 2023. The City does not provide Bidders lists or Planholders lists. The City reserves the right to award this bid in full or in part. The City reserves the right to reject any Bid if the City believes that it would not be in the best interest of the project or the City. Without limitation, such rejection may be because the Bid is not responsive, or the Bidder is unqualified or of doubtful ability or the Bid or Bidder fails to meet any other pertinent standard or criteria established by the City, as solely determined by City. Pipe lining includes but is not limited to mobilization, staging, site prep, demolition or reconstruction if needed, all Labor, Supplies, Tools, Equipment, Parts, Rentals, Fuels, Utilities, Subcontractors, Suppliers, Traffic Control and all other Costs including Overhead and Profit. Schedule B: The Work to be performed for this schedule is located on DoniBristle Road from Yorkshire Dr. to the end of the cul-de-sac and generally includes the lining of the existing 15-inch RCP pipe on the north edge of the roadway. Connecting from junction box to junction box approximately 600 linear feet in length with one junction box mid-stream.
