Site work for a water / sewer project in West Harrison, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Division II Project will be constructed as one contract consisting of but is not necessarily limited to: Construction of a new water mains, fittings, valves, grading, boring and jacking, and site work as necessary for a complete and operational water main. In addition to these items of work there are other miscellaneous items of work necessary and as specified to make this project complete. All work must be completed within 425 calendar days of issuance of the Notice to Proceed. A Pre-Bid Conference shall not be held for this project. Upon request and receipt of the document deposit indicated above, the Issuing Office will transmit the Bidding Documents via delivery service. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither the North Dearborn Water Authority nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
