Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Flat Rock, Michigan. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The City Of Flat Rock D.D.A. will accept quotations for D.D.A. HUROC PARK ADDITIONAL POWER Each respondent must submit three (3) copies of the Quotations. All quotes shall remain firm, and shall not be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days, following date of receipt. The City of Flat Rock D.D.A. will award the contract without regard to race, creed, color, religion, sex, national origin, height, and weight or handicap status. The City of Flat Rock D.D.A. reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive any irregularity in any bid, and to make an award of Contract in any manner, deemed in its best interest. Any questions or requests for additional information should be in writing and emailed to Matt Sype, Charles E. Raines Co. at msype@charlesraines.com. An answer will be furnished within three (3) business days of the email, by return email transmission. Per owner, all bids were rejected, and this project will re-bid at a future time and date TBD.
