Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Grosse Pointe Park, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This Project includes milling and repaving the existing parking lot; grading, curb, separation of the existing combined sewer, stormwater detention system, water main and related Work. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond, in the amount of at least five (5) percent of the amount bid, drawn payable to St. Clare of Montefalco Parish as security for the proper execution of the Agreement. Bids may not be withdrawn for the period of 90 days after date of receiving bids. All inquiries shall be directed to David Nummer (734) 947-9700. The St. Clare of Montefalco Parish reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in any bids should it consider same to be in its best interest.
