The Bolingbrook Park District will accept sealed bids for "Indian Boundary Cedar Fencing Replacement 2023" until 10:00 am, Thursday, February 2, 2023. The proposed work described in the specifications shall consist of the provision of all material, equipment, and labor necessary to remove and haul away existing cedar fencing and replace with specified 6' height cedar fencing as specified in the bid specifications. Indian Boundary Park - 990 W. Boughton Road, Bolingbrook, Illinois 60440 The park district reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive any informality, and to accept the bid that is in the best interest of the Bolingbrook Park District. All contracts for the construction of public works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). All proposals must include a ten percent (10%) Bid Guarantee. No bidder may withdraw his proposal after the hour set for the opening thereof, or before award of the contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding thirty (30) calendar days. Completion Deadline: On or before May 19, 2023.
