Procurement of one-time 5 year sprinkler system Inspection for Graham Correctional Center Is this a Small Business Set Aside Procurement: No Is there a BEP/VBP Participation Goal : No One time inspection, good for 5 years, on 3 wet sprinkler systems, 1 dry sprinkler system, 1 antifreeze system, and 1 preaction system located in Industries, X-house, and Dietary Warehouse buildings. Includes a one time inspection, good for 5 years, on internal inspection of fire department FDC check valve and replacement of any water pressure gauges. Include Refill of Antifreeze as necessary. Hydrostatic testing to put all units back into Compliance with NFPA 25 standards. Include replacement of water pressure gauges. A lift is required to complete this work. Lift rental to be included in the cost of the solution. All materials provided by the Vendor shall be new, unless otherwise stipulated, and compliant with applicable manufacturer's specifications. Replacement parts and other materials may be billed at Vendor's invoiced cost. The Vendor shall provide copies of material suppliers' invoices to verify costs.
