For Generator Maintenance and Repair The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to establish a requirements contract for quarterly and annual preventive maintenance and repair services for diesel and propane generators for the Chesterfield County Department of Utilities. Inquiries must be received no later than February 08, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. in order to be considered. Contact initiated by a bidder concerning this solicitation with any other County representative, not expressly authorized elsewhere in this document, is prohibited. Any such unauthorized contact may result in disqualification of the bidder from this transaction. No bid shall be altered or amended after the specified time for opening. Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) - a business that is at least 51% owned by one or more service disabled veterans or, in the case of a corporation, partnership, or limited liability company or other entity, at least 51% of the equity ownership interest in the corporation, partnership, or limited liability company or other entity is owned by one or more individuals who are service disabled veterans and both the management and daily business operations are controlled by one or more individuals who are service disabled veterans.
