SCOPE OF WORK. 1.1 It is the intention of these specifications that the Contractor hereunder shall furnish the necessary labor, equipment, materials, supervision, tools and other related incidentals required to provide and install replacement internal pans on both sides of the main street sign and new lettering. The existing pans are breaking down and no longer hold lettering for information to the public. The location is at the Baltimore County Perry Hall Library at 9685 Honeygo Boulevard, Perry Hall, Maryland 21128. 1.2 All work, and workmanship shall be subject to the approval of the satisfaction of Property Management Specialist Bob Geist or his designated representative.
