Site work and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Battle Creek, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of March 23, 2023, project was awarded, start date will be this month and will be completed by August of this year. The City of Battle Creek will accept sealed bids for the Bailey Park Electrical Improvement project. This project consists of three parts prioritized in this order: 1. Parking lot Lighting: Replacement of +/-16 lighting fixture heads with new LED heads, adding additional decorative lighting fixtures along the boulevard from the main entrance, and existing underground conduit and wire replacement back to stub-ups at the stadium. 2. Concourse Lighting: Replacement of +/-50 metal halide lighting fixtures with new LED retrofit lamps. 3. Softball Field Lighting: Relocation of existing lighting ballasts on +/- 40 softball field posts. Ballasts are to be relocated to an elevation of ~25' to be accessible by the City lift. Existing disconnect switches are to be replaced in kind.
