Contract Award Date: Dec 04, 2023 Contract Award Number: W912DR24D0001 Task/Delivery Order Number: Contractor Awarded Unique Entity ID: H94HHBGP67D8 Contractor Awarded Name: XL CONSTRUCTION LLC Contractor Awarded Address: Laurel, MD 20708 USA Base and All Options Value (Total Contract Value): $9,000,000.00 In accordance with FAR 7.107-5(c)(1), the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District intends to consolidate requirements for a firm-fixed-price (FFP) indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) single-award task-order contract SATOC for projects located in the Baltimore District's Area of Responsibility (AOR), particularly the Washington Aqueduct. The consolidation meets the requirements of FAR 7.107 and the benefits of the consolidated acquisition would substantially exceed the benefits that would be derived from an alternative approach. Therefore, the Government found that consolidation is necessary and justified. The solicitation is anticipated for release on or around May 15, 2023 -- see pre-solicitation notice under the same Notice ID, W912DR23R0001.
