This project has been awarded to Atlantis. Troy Township Fire / EMS Station The Trustees are bidding SCBAs (Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus). Bids shall be sealed and plainly marked SCBA Bid. All bids shall be properly signed by an authorized representative of the bidder. Bids shall be accompanied by a cashiers check or bid bond equal to 10% of the bid per ORC 153.54. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. The bidder to whom the contract is awarded will be required to furnish a Corporate Surety Company Bond in a sum equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price per ORC 153.54. A statement that the person with whom the contract is to be made was not charged at the time the bid was submitted with any delinquency personal property taxes per ORC 5719.042 shall be included in the bid.
