Renovation of a municipal facility in State College, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
This project includes renovations to the third floor of the Borough of State College Municipal Bldg located at 243 South Allen St, State College, PA 16801. Each bid is to be accompanied by a non-collusion affidavit and a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the amount bid and made payable to the Borough of State College. Bidders who received plans and specifications from any place other than State College Borough MUST call the Borough 814-234-7140 to register as plan holders. All bids will be presented to Borough Council at a public meeting. Borough Council may then accept or reject any or all bids or hold all bids for a period of 45 days from the date of Bid Opening before making a decision. Bids shall remain irrevocable for 45 days after the actual date of the opening thereof unless award is delayed due to the required approval of another government agency, the sale of bonds, or the award of a grant or grants; in which case, bids shall be irrevocable for one hundred twenty days in compliance with Act 317 of 1978 approved Nov. 26, 1978.
