Manitoba Hydro intends to post RFP 042795 to seek competitive proposals to hire a General Contractor for the construction of the new Riel Construction Office Building located at 59026 PR207, Deacon Road in Dugald, MB. Construction activities will comprise of but not limited to site development, concrete foundations, underground services, building envelope, arhitectural finishes, HVAC, electrical, parking stalls, coordination of install of workspaces, demolition of existing houses and outbuildings, testing and commisioning.
