Renovation of a water / sewer project in Dugald, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of complete replacement of the Drinking Water Treatment Plant (WTP) roof. As part of the roofing replacement, drainage upgrades are also required to accommodate additional roof drains. The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Demolition and replacement of the existing SBS roof system; (b) Partial demolition and replacement/reinstallation of various plumbing and mechanical fixtures on the roof; (c) Upgrades to the buildings' internal storm water drainage piping to accommodate additional roof drains; and (d) Protection of various tanks and channels to prevent contamination of the City's drinking water supply throughout construction. The funds available for this Contract are $6,700,000.00. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
