Renovation of a municipal facility in Dugald, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Manitoba Transportation & Infrastructure (MTI) invites Service Providers (SPs) to submit a proposal for performing the security system refresh at Navin Floodway Yard Site and building hereinafter called the Project. Work of the Project, of which Work of this Contract is a part, comprises of the following: .1 Demolish the existing security system, modify and relocate the existing security system that are to remain. .2 Provide new intercom/enterphone for communication and motorized gate access control. .3 Provide intrusion detection upgrade, interface with existing intrusion system. .4 Provide new door access control system. .5 Provide new video surveillance system. The location of the Project is the Navin Floodway Yard Site in the RM of Springfield, Manitoba. The successful SP is responsible for providing all necessary equipment, materials and office space required to complete the services anticipated in this RFP at their base location. The successful Proponent shall provide services at various locations relevant to the Project within the Winnipeg area as well as on-site.
